Tickmate.online is a free, browser-based chess clock provided as-is for personal, non-commercial use. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Tickmate is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the timer will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate to the millisecond in every situation, or suitable for official FIDE-rated tournaments.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creators of Tickmate shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.
This includes — but is not limited to — loss of game results, disputes over time forfeit, or any financial/emotional consequences of relying on Tickmate during play.

The design, code structure, color palette, and name “Tickmate” are protected by copyright and trademark (pending or registered where applicable). You may fork or adapt the visible HTML/CSS/JS for personal learning purposes, but you may not republish a public clone using the same name, branding, or domain-like URLs.
Tickmate uses Google Fonts. Your browser may send requests to Google when loading the page. We do not control or receive any data from those requests.
We do not collect personal data, require logins, place cookies (beyond basic session ones if any), or run analytics. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Significant changes will be announced on the homepage or via a banner.
These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Beni Mellal or Rabat, Morocco.
